Luciano Bar and Bistro is one of many East Durham leisure facilities that have now re-opened, as further lockdown restrictions are lifted.

From today, Monday, April 12, gyms, non-essential retail, hair and beauty salons and restaurants and bars, for outdoor hospitality, are welcoming back guests.

On their Facebook page, Luciano has confirmed it will welcome back diners even without a booking, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Elsewhere, Dalton Park Shopping Outlet has also opened.Jerry Hatch, Centre Manager at Dalton Park, said: “We can’t wait to welcome shoppers and diners back to Dalton Park, with our doors opening at 10am on Monday 12 April.”

“We’ve had a spring clean ahead of reopening and our stores are working behind the scenes to update their displays and stock.

“Our social distancing measures and increased cleaning regimes will remain in place, and hand sanitiser stations are located throughout the mall for all guests to use.

“I can’t wait to see people on the mall, and look forward to seeing the doors on all our stores open once again.”
